In 2006, the local community in Grand Rapids was looking to establish an identity for the art-based business, residential area, and artist community along South Division Avenue in Grand Rapids Michigan. The community had decided to brand the area Avenue for the Arts, and were looking for a logo to represent the new identity. The logo I proposed was selected and currently used by supportive events and storefronts along the avenue.
